The All in One Device
A.H.S has developed a new, revolutionary and unique device for Hotel hospitality
and information management. A all in one handheld touch device that substitutes
all keycards, remote controls, light switches and radio buttons.  
 
All in One:
Forget filling in room service forms or hanging 'do not disturb' signs on the door.
Guests can open hotel and room doors, order food, drinks, wake-up calls, spa
treatments, concierge services and transportation, remote control their television
or air-conditioning, receive and send messages all from the All in One touch
device provided at the hotel reception.
 
The application also allows guests - after logging in with their room number and
security code - to look up information on shopping, nightlife and local
restaurants, as well as to check messages.
Options to request DO NOT DISTURB, room cleaning, or additional linens, towels
and toiletries are obviously also available.
 
By offering the device to its customers, a hotel (chains) will increase the value of
its customer loyalty program as all the customer's needs, preferences and
expectations will be registered to make a next visit easy and attractive.

Increased customer loyalty drives long-term profitability more than any other
strategic factor. In fact, Frederick Reichheld, author of "The Loyalty Effect,"
estimates that Hotel chains can boost profits by almost 50% by retaining just 5%
more of their customers!


Painful facts:
A short sift through the various pieces of paper, receipts, business cards and
other memorabilia, an average businessman holds in his wallet, we realized that
the biggest culprit in this bloated wallet syndrome is the dreaded loyalty card. Or

An AHS equipped hotel (chain) will be able collect costumer’s preference
information and adapt to his needs without even asking for. AHS will
automatically store preferred radiofrequencies, TV channels, water temperature,
room temperature, preferred meals, preferred newspapers... This classified
information will be stored automatically for the purpose of a next visit to one of
the equipped hotels.   
Any additional reward program can be driven by the software support offered by
AHS.
